. On the occasion that the brand delivers specific products directly to the customer, the free delivery threshold will apply on a brand or product basis, not to the total value of the basket. Delivery details and prices will be shown in the description for products where necessary. 

. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and OnTheList reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable.

. Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability.

2. Refund, Return, Exchange

. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. OnTheList is a flash sales platform; all checkout transactions are considered as final.

. Should you receive any items with defects, you must contact our team within 7 days. If possible, we will provide an exchange otherwise a refund will be processed.

3. Vouchers & Discount Codes 

. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. 

. The Free Delivery threshold is calculated from the final basket value, after any vouchers or discount codes have been applied.
